Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Pantry meal planning service operated by EastonIT Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Pantry service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Pantry provides a personalised meal planning platform that generates weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists based on your dietary preferences and goals. Features may change or be discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of Pantry require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. Only one free trial per user is permitted. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, EastonIT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
